**Sale** items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page, any items marked sale, and discounted items.
Route Shipping Insurance
We are not responsible for damage in shipping caused by USPS/UPS/FedEx or any other carrier you selected at shipping. We photograph every package and items before send out to ensure perfection, correct items and safely packaged orders. For this reason, we offer complimentary Route Shipping Insurance when you place your order. Sometimes, the Route email can land in your junk folder, so please check. If you unselected the insurance option, you will need to file a claim directly with your shipping carrier, instructions can be found on USPS or UPS websites and is fairly simple to do. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with this as it has to be processed by the recipient/purchaser.
Route will replace your items that were lost or damaged upon receipt through their app. We are unable to assist with their insurance program, please contact them directly and they will process a new order for you.
Defect Items
We inspect every item carefully multiple times before it gets to you. But, accidents happen! If you believe the item is defected please reach out to our Style Specialist to assist with replacement and return label for defective item.
FULL PRICED ITEMS:
We hope that you love your UH purchase, but if you don't, we will accept returns of Full Priced (see above regarding sale items) unwashed/unworn and smoke/fragrance/pet hair/laundry/sweat/deodorant free within 14 days of your package being delivered. Please follow our Return Process online, folded nicely. If we receive an item that is not in new, re-sellable condition, you will be charged a restocking fee (50% of what you paid for the item). Returns/exchanges postmarked outside of the 14-day policy are ineligible for a refund/exchange.
Please re-use the envelope provided to send the item(s) back – All hippies are earth-proud and always appreciate reused packaging when possible!
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 48 hours or less. Holidays may cause delays. If you need your item expedited, please select the shipping accordingly.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
How can I complete an exchange?
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style.
How Do I process a return?
Print a pre-paid return SmartLabel® to receive a faster refund!
Locate Your Order number and proceed to Process Refund.
Select Your Items – Locate the items you wish to return. If the item was a gift, check the Gift box to receive an eGift card for the refund.
Print Your Return Label - Print your label, pack up your items, and drop them in the mail. We’ll send you an email with your return tracking number.
A $10 average shipping fee will be deducted per return label issued. Larger items/boxes may be charged more based on label purchase price. Drop off your return at the correlated shipping facility.
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

In most cases, we suggest ordering size based on your personal preferred fit. After all, the boho lifestyle is based on comfort and ease. You should feel good in what you wear! But, if you still have questions, please contact us, we're hip to help you find your perfect fit!

OSFS/One Size Fits Small = Generally, US Size 0-2 (22-26" waist)
OSFM/One Size Fits Most = Generally, US Size 4 and up
XS/SM = Comfortably fits US Size 4 and below (for larger cup sizes, we suggest sizing up one size)
SM/MD = Comfortably fits US Size 4 to US 8
MD/LG = Comfortably fits US Size 8 to US Size 12
LG/XL = Comfortably fits US Size 12 and up
MD/LG/XL = Size attributed to jumpsuits. These are very flowy and roomy. Our sizing is based on different fits for different folks style. Comfortable to size 14 and beyond.
Small = size 0 -4
Medium = 4- 8
Large = 8 - 12
XLarge = 12 and above depending on item
We are not size obsessed. We design based on comfort + fit + style.
When we feel items run small or large, we note this on the item description with suggestions to size up/down accordingly.
